- The second is a 3-year guarantee on the thermostat.

This guarantee, common across companies in the floor heating business, guarantees the heating cable only. In the case of a manufacturer’s defect or improper functioning of the product, we will exchange the cable or reimburse its cost.

3-Year Thermostat Guarantee
Our brand new thermostat is offered with a 3-year guarantee at the time of purchase. The guarantee covers the device and the system. In the case of a defect, we will exchange it or offer a reimbursement, according to the customer’s needs.
