A grout epoxy film is covering the surface of the tiles, how can I remove it?

A grout epoxy film is covering the surface of the tiles, how can I remove it?
You may use a neutral pH detergent and water with a scrub pad within the first 24 hours after the initial installation. After this period of time, epoxy haze could be removed using PX524 EPOXY GROUT remover.


Which cleaner could I use to clean my joints?
The 9006 cleaner gives very good results when comes the time to clean your joints. However, this is an acid based product. Carefully read the instruction before using it.


Is there a cleaner I can used that will not remove the sealer on my tile?
The PX300 neutral cleaner will not remove the sealer applied over your tiles and will clean effectively sealed surfaces.
