NIVEX 
Premium self-leveling underlayment (Fast Setting)

NIVEX is a fast setting free-flowing cement-based sefl-leveling product for rapid leveling of interior floors. When mixed with water, NIVEX becomes a fluid material that will seek its own level, producing a smooth leveled surface with excellent durability. NIVEX can be installed on heating cables. Light circulation is allowed in order to proceed to the installation of the tiles after 2 to 4 hours, depending on the interior temperature.Only water needs to be added. This formula can be used up to a thickness of 1 inch per application. Nivex offers very good bond strenght on new concrete (if no curing compound or other substances have been used) and to exterior grade plywood. For any other circumstance, PX PRIMER must be used.

Flex 24
Economic self-leveling
underlayment

Flex 24 is an economic hydraulic cement and polymer-modified self-leveler for the leveling of interior floors. Only water needs to be added. Flex 24 requires a 24 hours drying period and must be used jointly with the adhesive primer PX PRIMER under any circonstances.

UNIPATCH 
Fast-Set Patching Mortar

UNIPATCH is a fast-setting hydraulic cement and polymer compound for the reparation of interior floors. It repairs by filling cracks and other irregularities in concrete, exterior grade plywood, in preparation for vinyl or flooring installation. Only water needs to be added. 

Available sizes : 4.5kg (10lbs) and 11.3kg (25lbs).

However, in order to add a better adhesive performance, strength and flexibility, water can be replaced with the latex UNIPATCH PLUS.

PX PRIMER
Polymer Based Primer

PX PRIMER is a polymer based primer for non porous surfaces used before installing NIVEX or FLEX 24. This latex will bond on low porous and most non porous surfaces.
